Is there any other way to run a TM?
I guess not. And never will. I just remember today all my ex-coworkers and nobody is working at TM any more or were transfer to another store so nobody will not know anybody and the cicle goes on again.I am a sample of that cicle for TM to fire someone and put me on that place without me knowing what is was realy cooking. So if you all superman and womans that are still in TM your future is already planned. You go out the door for many ways:
1.Injured
2.Victim of a trap
3.Fired for no aparent reason
4.Unable to clean toilets in addition to the other duties.
5.Did not open all the boxes fast enough before the next truck (you were doing all the work)
6.You manager is not giving you enough rest time during the day and you go home without eating and you complain and nobody cares.
7.You complain that something is not working righ in your body and your words go out thru their ears.
8.Next day more work is given to you so you will explode.
Take care of yoursef and get out now.
How To Guard Your Self-Esteem After a Layoff
By Dolores G Wix,

Dolores G. Wix is the author of How to Survive and Thrive After A Layoff.
Eleanor Roosevelt said, "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent." Without a doubt, your self-esteem takes a hit when you're laid off. The hidden message seems to be that a company did not value you enough to keep you. But it can go much deeper than even that. Because of the fierce competition for the few jobs that are available, it could cause someone looking for work to gradually lose their self-respect if they aren't hired right away. Some have even become so desperate that they have resorted to shoplifting or armed robbery, which, of course, further damages self-esteem.
"Self-esteem means truly loving and valuing yourself," according to the book, Self-Esteem: The Power to Be Your Bestby Mark Towers. So, during this difficult time, it is imperative for you to appreciate all of your accomplishments up till now. Write down all of your accomplishments starting from childhood, no matter how small or trivial you think they are. When you start thinking negatively or another employer turns you down, take your accomplishment list out and read it.
It is also important that you listen to how you talk to yourself. If you make a mistake, do you say to yourself, "You idiot! How could you be so stupid?" Each time you say derogatory things like that you chip away at your self-esteem. Instead, when you make a mistake try saying something like this, "Well, nobody's perfect. Not even me. Next time I'll do better."
The things you say about yourself are imprinted on your subconscious mind, that part of you that never sleeps, and controls your breathing, organ function, etc. The subconscious mind also brings about whatever commands you give it. It doesn't matter whether the commands or true, false, positive or negative.
If your self-esteem needs a boost, what can you do? In Mark Towers' book quoted from earlier, he said that what we think about ourselves becomes the truth for us. And "one way to overcome something in yourself you want to change is to affirm the change." Affirmations are usually short, simple statements "that proclaim a fact in no uncertain terms."
The more you repeat these affirmations, the deeper they are impressed upon your subconscious mind which then goes to work to bring it about. Stay focused on the positive (what you want) rather than the negative (what you dont want). Even if you don't believe the affirmation yet, keep saying it! Pretend that it has already come about and offer thanks for what you hope to receive in advance.
I can attest to the power of affirmations! I used to be a very negative, unhappy person. I decided to change that and wrote, "I am a positive person" on a 3 x 5 index card. You can also record your affirmations on tape (or have someone else record them for you) and listen to them in your car, etc. I read the card every chance I got, and said the affirmation just before going to sleep at night and when I woke up in the morning. Before long, I started feeling differently inside, more positive. I'm very happy to say that the negative, unhappy person I once was is long gone. I've even had people tell me that I always seem so happy, when that was the furthest thing from the truth!
I soon added other affirmations including, "I am a published author." "I'm very organized because I plan my days and follow my plans." "I take full responsibility for my actions and for my life." "I deserve to be happy."
Affirmations should be:
clear and concise
positive
in the present tense ("I am" instead of "I will")
spoken with emotion or feeling
One of my favorite affirmations, suggested by Louise Hay, a best-selling author of 27 books, is, "My income is constantly increasing." This affirmation also worked in a powerful way for me.
People have given up. This is so what TM wanted. Just when we got them going they knew how to stop it all. We don't think they thought we are for real. We do know that there are so many other events happpening on the planet. We do not what anyone to feel that what happened to us at TM should be on the top of the list. We know people are rebuilding their lives. We are wanting this also. Lets go forward and do it together. We had to be a team to work at TM for so long. Please lets stay a team. Please let us hear from you and what you are feeling. We just need to know how we should proceed. Be Well.
TM is in deep trouble.Employees fired by illegal ways .TM is in crisis, the employees are again being transferred so that the truth is not known and they are not found.Yes we know where they are and by who made them arrived there. The new employees do not hold the abuses and are leaving their works that by a month or many years they had and it does not matter to them. I never seen so many openings at stores that for years had the same loyal employees. This company is not trustworthly.Get out now.
How do I know if I can get unemployment insurance benefits?
You can get unemployment insurance benefits if you can answer "Yes" to all three of these questions:
Did you earn enough money when you worked?
To get unemployment benefits, you need to have earned enough wages in your "base period." (A base period is a 12-month period when you were working. Your base period depends on when you apply for unemployment insurance). The amount of money that you need to have earned varies by state so, you'll need to check with your state unemployment office.
Did you lose your last job through no fault of your own?
To qualify for unemployment insurance, you must have left your job for one of these reasons:
You had to quit your job with a good reason (a good reason might be an illness or other personal issue). Your caseworker will determine if you had a "good reason."
You were laid off
You were fired, but not because of any major problem like stealing, getting in a fight, using drugs on the job, etc.
Are you willing and able to work again?
You must be ready and willing to get another job. To get the benefits, you must be:
Ready, willing and able to work
Not too sick, injured or disabled to work
Can I get unemployment checks if I'm working part-time?
Yes, depending on your situation. You may still be able to get unemployment checks even if you're working part-time if you meet the other eligibility requirements.

We are seeking statements from any current or former employees from Tuesday Morning Inc. If you were a employee who worked at any TM and suffered an injury at work and was given a run around or was denied as a pre-existing condition. We would like you to Email Ed .
I have just learned that we have rights. Could you believe this. After all this time. I don't know who will see this since readership seems to have gone down. If there is anyway that we could get this info out lets do it. I just came back from the Division of HUMAN RIGHTS. I filed a claim. Every state has the department. If you want to file a claim, just call. They will walk you through. WE DO HAVE HUMAN RIGHTS. We were and are not being treated in this manner! Please let us know about your experience with the Division of Human Rights. Thanks
So, has it gotten any better at Tuesday Morning?...I think not! Once a rat, always a rat!
Would not it be better to DELETE this blog and give the HD room to a site that is worth while?
Seems like this board is dead.
How about a theme for March? maybe "wallflower"?
Everything o.k. at TM now? I don't hear any bitching from the "crew".
To Admin: Please delete this waste of Hard Drive Space on Blogger. Thank you.
Either you just quit whining, or you are working for TM as a spy.
I can't believe you stopped fighting T.M. PUSSY
I cannot believe there are still people who get on here and complain about T.M. You chimps should just quit and move on. Holding on to all these bitter feelings is not good for you.

"I have a statement for all the current employees of T.M. QUIT YOU MORONS!
Hey Mo....nyuck, nyuck.....wee bee bee.....wanna get naked?
We have WON!
Hi, Ed here! Guess no one ever figured out the bigger picture here. The employees were always irrelevant to Tuesday Morning. Everyone who was ever involved with this and my site have moved on. After I left Tuesday Morning I never set foot in another TM....my family and friends avoid there also. As soon as you were injured at work Tuesday Morning did everything in their power to discredit and eventually terminate those employees. Great way to do business....there are enough stupid people out there to either work there or shop there so who needs the whiners. Well, TM, WalMart you ain't...WalMart is way bigger and way smarter than you (and, no, never shop at WalMart either). As for the 'other' commentors on this blog or anywhere else on the internet, I'm so glad your negative comments gave you joy. You are the true little people, thinking your wasted words meant something.
THANK YOU ALL FOR THE NICE MESSAGES???.WELL I WAS BUSY FOR A WHILE BUT STILL FIGHTING FOR MY INJURED PEOPLE AT TM.WE ARE HERE TO PROVE THAT THIS IS REALLY HAPPENING AND IS NOT A JOKE.YOU HAVE TO WORK AT TM TO UNDERSTAND OUR COMPLAINS.
MO
aaaahhhhhh.....LLLOOOOSSSSSSSEEERRRSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mo, I hope all is well with you! I've moved on also...there is a much bigger issue now. Greedy people manipulating the world as they see fit. I admire the man in Utah who has survived for ten years without money. An amazing and useful tale. Google it.
Your all still a bunch of losers. You bitch about TM and as soon as you "move on", you lose interest in your cause. Now would be the time for you too make a stand as you have moved on and still are traumatized by Tuesday Morning. It is time for all Nerds to unite and stand up to the TM Regime..............
Mo is a loser. You get a better job and forget about your "friends" at TM.Why would you go off on a crusade and then just drop it? Run out weed?
