After a year out of work, my operation paid by my health insurance trying to find a job that will allow me to use my skills and experience I found a job in Human Resourses. I do new employees orientations and explain to them in detail their rights and what the company will provide to them after becoming full time(benefits,stocks,health insurance and explanation of OSHA and what is for, Sexual Harrasement and many trainings and services provided to help employees in case something comes up on a daily basis. Corporate is in another state but I am in another state doing HR locally.WOW! My injury still there every day and still coping with the lack of strengh i used to have. So even after my operation I never went back to normal use of it.So I finnaly doing what I love to do!!

Last month on my notes I wrote about the stocks situation in this company . Still getting worse. No more closing, just inventory and back to work with minimal wages, low payroll and more slavery to be able to get that stuff out of those shelves. I keep telling this people on my blogg and I hope someone is reading. What goes around comes around.I went to see from my own eyes and the shelves are full to capacity so inventory is going to take a long time.Are you still making the employees do it to save money? Some are going to get fired because the numbers are going to look bad.Not management fault, they never bought this in the first place.The buyers for this company buy on certain amount to reach the lowes prices. Stores get stuck with this items on the shelves until reaches the discount or is damage by the customers moving them or deciding to buy or not right at the register so is throw back on the basket to put back and gets more scraches. Mr.Dave one of them..........when he first started working for this company could not understand this situation, all I know that he no longer works for TM. He got tired of this same situations all over with no luck.
