WALMART LOST LUNCH BREAK VIOLATIONS WILL APPEAL

This morning I heard on the news this information about Walmart. Then an employee that said that he saw management changing time cards from 41 or 42 hours to 40 so nobody will get paid overtime. What a shame! I never did anything like that at TM but one thing I never liked ; me not being able to really take my lunch break and work my nine hours plus with no rest time due to the payroll cuts and the Regionals expectations from us. Floor to shelf in 24 hours= 3 days at 8 hours and then getting another truck by the time you still opening the other boxes that you had no time to open because PAYROLL CUTS. So if we are NOT getting hurt THEY SAY, who is doing this work? MANAGEMENT. Well, let me refrase this, the weaker people that has no control of TM directives and get the overload of work because---- We have to look good so I get an S on my store audit. An S? I never saw any other letter other that U and S they will never put E because we will never get a pay raise equal to the real work that so many of you do.They are doing this so they will have an excuse to keep pushing us around over and over.This employees at Walmart stood strong. Now Walmart is appealing that they don't do that any more and this millions should not be paid to all the employees on the claim. DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE. But they did it and this is important that they were found guilty.
